If you want your rims to stay perfect don't get this shop to change your tires. They messed up not 1 or 2 or 3 but all 4 rims on my Lexus. Then the owner didn't want to take responsibility by doing anything to make it right. Was a great shop when Terry owned it but now not so much. I'll never use them for anything again. Oh and their review rating is bogus too. Suppose to click which star to leave and you can't change it to anything under 5 stars. This Review will probably be deleted too.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, Mr. Gunn, and are sorry to hear about your experience. As we had discussed, our top-of-the-line Hunter Equipment uses plastic tool heads to remove and install tires. The plastic bits are designed to break if there is any stress while working with the tire and are unable to take out large chunks of metal from the edges of the wheels. It appears that the half-star was an option and we do not delete reviews. We thank you for your time and wish you the best moving forward.

Took my Honda Civic here for an alignment. When you walk in the man behind the counter is the owner. Ben is very well spoken and has outstanding customer service character. He even text me personally a few days later to make sure everything was good with my car. You cant find a place like this anymore! Keep up the good work! I will be back!

Their prices are in the same range as most others but their service is very good. Pro Tip: Don't buy cheap tires. Get the good ones... your family is worth the extra few bucks.

Got a lot of maintenance done on my husband's truck recently and the service and consultative approach they took was so refreshing. I never once felt like we were getting pushed to do anything unnecessary, and they took the time to understand our needs. They outlined all our options and kept us informed throughout the process as they figured out what was wrong and what might need to be done. They did not proceed with any new work (even if it was necessary work) without first checking in with us to make sure we wanted to proceed. We will be bringing all out family vehicles here from now on. Thanks guys!
